I’m a boater, not a banker. But I have all the banking relationships to help get your client to close. I’m an advocate for you and your client when dealing with the bank.


I’ve been a salesman, broker, and owned a brokerage company, so I know the ins and outs of the transaction. I understand how to take care of the customer and make sure that we’re all on the same page: you, customer, surveyor, & banks.
